Notice of defects

If you have received an item with adefect(e.g. damaged, faulty delivery or manufacturing defect), we ask you to proceed as follows:

  1. Report defects in writing
    Please send us the notification of defectsby emailwithin 7 days of receiving the goods .
    Be sure to include the following information in your message:

    • Order number

    • Description of the defect

    • German photos of the damage or defect

  2. No unauthorized returns
    Please do not return the goodswithout consultingour customer service.
    Unfortunately, unannounced returns cannot be processed.

  3. Examination and feedback
    After receiving your complaint, we will carefully examine the case and get back to you promptly with a solution—e.g., an exchange, replacement, or refund.
