If you have received an item with adefect(e.g. damaged, faulty delivery or manufacturing defect), we ask you to proceed as follows:

German photos of the damage or defect

No unauthorized returns
Please do not return the goodswithout consultingour customer service.
Unfortunately, unannounced returns cannot be processed. -
Examination and feedback
After receiving your complaint, we will carefully examine the case and get back to you promptly with a solution—e.g., an exchange, replacement, or refund.
